Join Our Team as an Italian Customer Advisor!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while enjoying the flexibility of remote work? We're looking for talented individuals fluent in Italian to join our dynamic team as Customer Advisors, based 100% remotely in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role
Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.


Requirements
Native or Fluent Italian Fluent English (mandatory).
Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable)
Good communication skills and a positive mind!

Schedule Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2100 (8H rotative shifts) // Days Off 2 Days Rotational
Base salary 900 (per 14 months)
Meal Allowance 7.23 per day (meal card)
Transport Allowance 20 per month (card)
Performance Bonus 100 (per 12 months)
Health Insurance since the 1st day
Relocation Package (Apartment Room Reimbursement of Airfare).
Direct contract with the client.
